Blower went on a 33 year old furnace. Messaged them and Mike had a guy on the phone with me right away. Got the price of an in stock furnace and hot water tank and the next day furnace was installed and hot water tank to follow. The installers Trevor and Dave R were professional and knowledgeable about the products. They did a great job. Very appreciative of the quick service and the Canadian made Napoleon furnace works great. Great Value. Thanks very much. Cheers.

Our furnace wasn't turning on this passed weekend. When I called the dispatcher was friendly and empathetic to the issue. She did exactly what she said she would and someone showed up promptly. Scott was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Exactly the type of person you want entering your home for something like this.
Scott went above and beyond helping me and my mum stay warm! We woke up with no heat on a Sunday. Scott came and determined what the problem was and had us up and running in no time!! Very professional & efficient and worth every penny. He was also very helpful explaining things to us & gave us some options to consider in the near future. We are so very appreciative... I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much ️
