I never do these ratings and I'm a huge fan of DQ but I had to say something about this location. unimpressed with the service that I had received earlier today. The employee gave me false information and proceeded to argue with me through the speaker. when I pulled up to the window, I never got all my items and when I asked about them, She shut the window and turned her back to me. Will not be going back.

The service at this location is something to laugh at. On my last visit I waited at the drive thru speaker for what must've been 4-5 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I was there, so assuming there was an issue with the system I pulled right up to the window. Even after pulling up to the window I waited another 3 minutes because; as you can see in these pictures I uploaded, One employee is too busy on her phone and a second is sitting on a milk crate behind the counter. Will not be back to this location at all.
Ordered through Skip The Dishes. My order arrived soaked in gravy to the point where it fell through the bag. The lid to the gravy wasn't even on it, so it can't be blamed on the driver. There goes my 50 dinner for my family.
Always appreciate the food here and the friendly staff. The only complaint is the wait times. Even when it’s not that busy, the service seems to be slower than you would expect. But if you are prepared to spend 15-20mins, you won’t be disappointed with your food or treat of choice.
Food and service has been good. It's defiantly a dated building, and could use upgrades and paint job, but the food has been good.
