Tops off to Peter and his crew he works with the customer support has been the best I have seen in any business to the point of other businesses should take note ....this is how it is done . Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. We had issues with the quality of the flooring we selected (opening the boxes and boards are chipped and cracked), tried many times to settle this issue and not even the owner or manager can help, you can only speak to the person who sold you the floor. After months of back and forth we finally were able to switch it out. Would like to support local businesses but this was a big headache and disappointment. Will not return.
