Cars are available whenever I call, and show up on time. But, I'm new to town and I'm chatty with drivers because they know what's up. Too many of your drivers are unable or incapable of engaging with customers.

You call for 4500 from nofrills. The chance that they actually will pick you up is around 50% they have left me to call grand because they have forgotten about me and my groceries so many times at nofrills i lost count. What welland needs is a new cab company to show grand and 4500 how to be professional.
They didn't dispatch the taxi instead made me wait for nothing. Never again!
