I was referred to Dr. Sherry Wang and she did absolutely nothing to help me and told me there was nothing she could do to help me. She couldn't seem to get me out of her exam room fast enough. I can't believe that I have to spend the rest of my life in pain. I have never heard of a doctor completely giving up on a patient before in my life. Don't waste your time with this doctor.

Well i will not be phoning this clinic again for a consult i was charged 40 for 2 missed phone calls I understand that they can charge that is a going industry rate but at the same time they could have done some follow up as to why i missed the calls and let me know there is a No show fee moving forward! Money Grab!

The 1 star review is for their in-house physiatrist, Sherry Wang. If you like to be dismissed, misdiagnosed and poorly represented - she's your girl! I left her office many times in tears, feeling hopeless and frustrated. She's reluctant to provide tests and when you finally convice her by begging, her diagnosis is out of the ballpark for the injuries you sustain. Will not go back.

Went to this clinic today for the first time. I had already tried 3 other clinics and found them closed and over their daily capacity. Ladies at the front desk were cheerful friendly and efficient. The online service said there was a 40 mins wait when we left home, then as we arrived it said 20 mins. When we arrived there was no one else waiting and I was taken right in. Dr. Frankel was great friendly and listened well. He addressed my problem and was quick to give me the solution I needed and requested. He did a quick exam and I was off with my Rx. Pharmacy at Save on is close by and I was home within an hour of leaving. I have a regular GP but will definitely use this clinic again for things that can't wait or if the wait time for my GP is too long.

Wow! First rime here. I will NOT be back. Waiting room is tiny...no problem...but what gets me is that infront of everyone the receptionist asks me why I’m here. As I am typing this review I am in the office waiting to get in to see the Doctor and the receptionist is on the phone talking to a lady about her Pap test IN FRONT OF EVERYONE and that would include saying her full name. Worst clinic I have ever been to
