Friendly staff and good customer service. That being said their curbside pickup workflow needs further improvement.

I placed an order online for pickup while still in lockdown , got an email telling me how to pick it up. i arrived days later, called in to get someone to bring the order to my car as I ordered large items..soil etc..when the young man brought my order out, he gave me major attitude saying' just so you know we're open inside and won't be doing this again'..you had only been open 3 days for instore again and you had an order together for me to get..should we go back into lockdown and you are forced to return to pick up, I will take my business elsewhere..I tried to support Canadian rather than Home Depot or RONA..
