I worked with Jack and John for awhile and I really enjoyed the work. They had me doing mostly clean up, but it was something different everyday which I really liked. They seemed interested in helping me further my skills, and I felt like I was a part of a family almost with how well we got along. I ended up losing the job when I got another job babysitting, but I'm still grateful for the experience and glad Jack gave me a chance despite having no relevant experience. Thanks Jack & John for teaching me a thing or two about restoration!
Jack and his team saved us and helped us keep our sanity. They restored our basement after a flood and then completely renovated it while we were in the process of selling our home. They did perfect, timely work. They were kind, understanding and performed safe work during the Covid pandemic. I can't thank them enough. I hope anyone else who finds themselves in these unusual circumstances ends up with the WeCare team. Hands down the best experience we could have ever asked for.
We called Jack the night our basement flooded. They were here right away, and stayed late into the night to help out. They restored our basement over the next couple of weeks, and it turned out like nothing ever happened. Jacks employees were always on time, respectful, and professional. Highly recommend WeCare to anyone.
My tin roof was leaking and nobody else in town would help me replace the section that was damaged. Jack was very thorough and discussed my options. When we found asbestos insulation, Jack was prepared and certified to dispose of it safely with little interruption to my daily routine. It turned into a very big project, opening the ceiling completely but Jack was positive and organized. His crew was very friendly and Jack is excellent at communicating during the entire process. I am really so thankful that Jack was able to help me on short notice, work with my budget and complete the project before the rain hit.
Jack, Keirsten, Ravee and Braden did an exceptional job filtering and clearing the smoke and toxic burnt plastic smell from my apartment after a recent fire to my building! It was pretty bad and I did not think it was going to be possible for them to eliminate the smell completely, but they did! I would highly recommend them, not only for their work, but also for their friendly service. Cheers!
