Dealing with we care thru mcfd And lots of times they are late dropping off my children for visits and one was like she was on drugs or drinking . She doesn't drive my children no more. We have alot of different drivers we don't even know their background. Drivers don't know how to put children seats in cars or trucks even .this whole program scares us.. the service sucks. Tax payers are paying for such an bad program.
