Such a wonderful experience with virtual shopping at Wazo! I had two virtual appointments, one with Kritika who showed me options within the showroom with grace and patience. The following day I required a slight modification with my order and Gabriela went out of her way to assist and ensure I was entirely pleased and satisfied with my order. Her professionalism and willingness to help was exceptional! Very helpful staff at Wazo.

The live edge table and bench we bought from Wazo is absolutely stunning! The table arrived quickly, was well packaged, and is exactly as advertised. I highly recommend booking a virtual appointment with Kritika as she was very patient and helpful, showing us all our options. The only challenge was the delivery driver won't help bring it into your home, so we were left with an extraordinarily heavy table on our driveway until we could get help carrying it, so be prepared with help. Even with three of us we barely made it!
I just received my Ellen bar stools, shipping was quick (and free, bonus!) to BC. The stools are great, they are comfortable and look sleek and modern, exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was 4 screws, took me about 1 minute each. I look forward to purchasing more furniture from Wazo in the future. Highly recommended by me.
I recently ordered a painting (hand painted on canvas and very large) from Wazo Furniture in Toronto. I am very happy with the painting and the service! The painting was an amazing price!!! The team at Wazo were quick to answer all my questions. The delivery guy was great too. He called ahead of time to make sure I was home, he was very polite and courteous, then made sure I received the package instead of just leaving it at the door. I will absolutely order from them again.
Was looking for an affordable yet unique table for the dinning room, so happy I came across this store. The pieces are so beautiful and different. Success! I love my new table. I even ended up purchasing a velvet chair because I couldn’t resist when I spotted it. Customer service is great too, the chair didn’t match my space as I’d hoped it would and they were super efficient with helping me swap for another.
