This was my first and definitely not my last visit. What an exceptional experience. Sofia is an absolute Joy to interact with and is very knowledgeable and helpful when discussing products and services. My appointment was scheduled with Victoria and it was an excellent experience. My services were completed flawlessly and she was very professional and friendly. She has a way of making customers feel at ease during the appointment. Looking forward to my next visit . Keep up the great work ladies.

WAXON is great. From easy online booking to strong but efficient COVID / sanitization protocols. Book with Amita if you can, she is very thorough, fast and friendly.
This place is horrible, stay far away!!! I came here a few months ago before the lock down with my girlfriend as a walk in, and right off the back the manager/ front desk whatever you want to call her, was very rude and came across as stuck up. It was a very tense and awkward vibe as I then had to sit and wait in the front for the service to be done with my girlfriend. I ended up just leaving and walking around to avoid it. After it was all done my girlfriend told me the service felt very rushed and that a lack of detail was done during her Brazilian( if I remember correctly the wavers name was Diana). A few days later she had a bunch of ingrown hairs which she rarely gets and as she always exfoliates and takes the proper after care routine. Shes too embarrassed to say anything so I figured I'll give you all a heads up.There has to be way better places to go in toronto then here. Their lack a quality definitely does not deserve to be situated inside yorkville village.
I absolutely LOVED my experience with Wax On! I had the pleasure of having my services done by Shahina and she helped educate me as well as give me the best service! I will definitely be going back and I'm so happy I found it!
Love WAXON in Yorkville Village! Super clean, parking downstairs, adjacent to Whole Foods so I can run errands while I'm there. I go to Shahina who can do both waxing and threading, which is way better for eyebrows!

Excellent wax bar. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Liga is amazing. Pain free waxing, quick and smooth service. Always a joy to be back. Liga is so pleasant to be around as well. Also the receptionist accommodated me on a very short notice. Great team.
