Great service, professional and friendly aestheticians, consistently thorough work. Expensive but good packages (bar tabs). Many locations downtown that make it accessible and they are open late which is especially convenient. Waxon has proven to be a trustworthy brand as I've had great experiences with several aestheticians and am not hesitant to see a different Waxon aesthetician if the one I normally see is busy. Krishna is my go-to at King West but I recently saw Maddie and she was also A. I’ve been going for a year and have had 0 issues or concerns.

I booked my apt immediately when I found out they were open again to try for the first time. Service was awesome. I totally forgot who I saw for my Brazilian but made me few super comfortable and deff would return!
Absolutely love this location and the bar tab option. It's so nice to just pay once and get to keep coming back without the hassle of having to break out my wallet every time. And it comes with perks! Everyone there is also so friendly and helpful, especially Mia, who does my brows. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and follows up on things mentioned in the last session. She is also incredibly efficient and good at what she does. 5 stars just to Mia alone. Thanks for an amazing experience every time.

I was so excited to get my first wax since lockdown. I was impressed with the cleanliness and safety measures. They took me quickly, were in proper PPE, and it was probably the least painful wax I've ever had. However, when I got home, I realized that a good chunk of the hair was still there (upper lip). It was plenty long enough since I hadn't waxed at home for 2 months, and even if they weren't, the shorter ones could have been tweezed out when she was finishing up at the end.
First time at this specific location because I moved and the service was great. Aesthetician took her time. Got a Brazilliant done and I will be going back.
