Great store with lots of products and aisle space to move around. Very helpful and friendly staff inc the owner. When they have had to order something for me it shows up usually within a few days. Also it’s a good place to drop into just to look around and see what’s new.

My partner asked me to pick up a couple of things when I went to get groceries in Strathroy. I called to make sure they had them, and after they hung up on me twice without saying a word I decided to try the Watford location. They answered the phone, checked for the items and set them aside. Friendly & helpful. What a difference!!!!! Pick up was a breeze.it was worth the extra kilometers for such great service.

The young men that loaded my truck today from the yard were excellent. It has been a long time since I have seen that kind of customer service. They loaded, by hand, 40 24x24 patio stones. Smiles and thank yous. Excellent job guys.
