After following with waterwell irrigation for the service to be completed. (pop up head under cedar tree was not closed to allow better pressure like stated in service call#157044 to cause stronger pressure for water to get to areas needed) Service was not done causing my grass to die. Water was not covering some spots in other zones as well also causing burnt spots. Customer service speaks over you and does not let you speak. I worked in collections agencies and this is how it feels. They do not want to do the closing when i PRE-PAID for OPENING AND CLOSING ether. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I appreciate the restrictions. However, I was not aware that I would have to do the opening of the water and the machine which is what you are to do. I did as instructed but not certain it will function properly
