We walked out of the store with a great understanding of our needs, confident that we'd bought the right unit. Installation and setup was a breeze, Steve explained everything to us, including how much salt to put in and when. Great great experience, highly recommend.

Despite his surprisingly young age, Austin was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. He got to work right away and left everything tidy and clean. He was efficient and personable as well. He also offered different options that would, in the long run, be much more cost effective.
We've purchased a water softener, and then whole home filter, and then a RO filter from Watermaker and they've always been great to work with - explained options well, friendly, and very professional and honest in their installations. Would recommend to any friend or family.
Came here a month ago to inquire about getting a water softener installed at my house. The girl at the counter said the install-guy was at the dentist and would call me later that day. Never heard from him. I guess business must be good if they're not calling potential customers back.
