Very inconsitent \policies\ that seem to be internal depending on who you get at the teller. Dont judge the brand entirely. Just this location. Management blamed slow reaction time on RBCs response althrough RBC showed me three records of them trying to reach this branch including an attempt made around 11 am to which it took Brandon 5 hours to reply to simply removing a small hold. So thankful they showed how they operate before I made a large investment there which has now went to RBC downtown kitchener. Take your money to another branch or specifically Matthew Gingrich at RBC. Amazing service on investment side and no internal policies that vary for \member to member

Not the most user friendly access unless you go into the branch. If you do go in, you'll get the greatest customer service experience of your life.
Real personable customer service and the phone customer service system involves way less of the annoying navigation to that of RBC. When I call a bank, I don't want to talk to a robot... Yncu treats you like a person, not a number.
Worst customer service and they'll make it really hard to get your money back!!! When you reach out to make account changes, they don't get back to you.. I recently had a 90 day GIC coming due. I emailed my rep five times over the period of a month, no response. Finally I threatened pulling my money out and I got an email back with lots of attitude in it. Apparently my rep had changed branches months ago. No one reached out to let me know. She said I had a new branch rep. I tried emailing him but no response. I finally went in to see what was going on with my money and they informed me that they had automatically renewed, putting my money into a 12 month GIC... I only do 30-90 day GIC's because I am planning to buy a house... Now they are try8ng to say that they can't get my money back.. It's an on going fight. When I get the opportunity, I'll be pulling all of my money from them. I'd recommend NOT investing in this company.
The ATM was open when HSBC wasn't.
