This location gets quite busy being close to the student district, and there's a real bad cart clutter in this area. There's a lot of peddlers and buskers out front of this location which attracts bad traffic, making it less inviting. I also struggle to communicate with the staff members. One incident that stands out to me was a time a man was begging out front from someone to buy him masks so he could enter the store to buy his groceries. I feel it was my own choice to take this guys money and buy his masks, but I just cant imagine why the employee out front wouldn't find a way to assist one of their customers. It just over all doesn't feel like a great place, beyond the decent prices.

Despite the reviews, I found the store to be really huge and have a lot of options. The attendants were helpful too. It’s located in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and serves the purpose very well.

Great store. Has many products not available in other stores. Prices are also the best.

Every time I go into this store someone isn't wearing a mask. Today it was the security guard at the front door and a few customers. You need to get your staff to wear masks properly or send them home. The store is always very crowded and no one follows the arrows or distances properly. No one disinfects the tills/self checkout after you use them. Avoid if you have any other choice.

This place is always out of bananas, red cups, and chase. But guess that’s expected due to the high volume of students. I usually end up grabbing anything that they were out of at the neighbouring sobeys. Staff is always helpful. Definitely not my favourite location but it’ll do.
