Very long response time to get answer from some service representative over call...After they pick up call they again spent a long time verifying order and getting order details. I changed contact information to receive call on my mobile and still the guy who was supposed to intall home internet messaged on my spouses cell. She keeps messaging/calling the technician but no response from him. Pathethic service so doesn't make any sense to stay long with the provider if the condition is still the same..
This company Is fraud they will charge you after you cancel. The worst costumers service. The workers don’t know anytime.

Tiffany saved Virgin from losing my business. No need to give details. Just know that I went through some frustration and was close to canceling my service. Tiffany helped me get the phone I needed, and it was even cheaper than the one I was supposed to have received in the mail! Hey Virgin, give these ladies a raise! (Sorry I didn't get the name of the funny girl with purple hair!)

Shout out to Tiffany!! My phone wasn't working when I hooked it up and the call in help line took so long and I wasn't getting anywhere.
