Very nice shop. Friendly staff. Awesome coffee and best is the everything you purchase has a story behind and contributed to a good cause in many countries.

If I could, I would give this store 10 stars!! I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend it. This was the first Ten Thousand Villages Store I had first visited when I moved to Ontario and it continues to be my favourite one. The store is even more spectacular after it underwent its superb transformation. It is brighter, larger and the selections of fairly traded items are mind boggling. The staff and volunteers there are so welcoming and knowledgeable, too. I love the complimentary tea and coffee offered there, too. Do yourselves a HUGE favour and make the trip there and give yourself, at least one hour, to browse through this wonderful and giving store. What a wonderful way to travel the world and to be able to contribute to so many worthy causes!
By far, one of my favorite stores in uptown.
With love from farmers in Ghana! Here you see the remnants (crumbs) of my dark chocolate escapade. This is an awesome store that sells cool stuff with great stories (delicious, too).
Great stuff nice prices and very helpful staff. If you are looking for a quick gift come find one here.
It changes season to season but there is some really nice stuff at this store
If you're looking for a gift you can feel good about, this is the place for you. I've shopped at ten thousand villages for the last few years when looking for sustainable gifts--it's more expensive than normal goods, but that's because everything is fair trade. You can get some really nice jewelry, ornaments, or food products like chocolate and coffee. The quality is really good, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgable.
What an amazing selection of gifts and trinkets from around the world! Their chocolate, coffee and spices are the great too. I go specifically for the Zatoun olive oil. A must visit when in uptown!
