Well staffed and stocked with a good selection of all things office and school. Usually has decent prices as well.
Was looking for a filing cabinet and found a nice one. Their staff said they paged someone to come help us but we waited and waited and waited with noone showing up. Someone who was there after us was helped first. Horrible customer service if I ever shop from staples again it will be online.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They are also more than willing to help out in the self service department.
A few weeks ago, I walked into Staples Waterloo at 2 minutes before 9 pm, needing to get a job done for the next day because my printer had conked out at the last minute. Despite the late hour, the staff was completely helpful, cheerful and kind. Kudos!
