I am so happy with the outcome - had 10 moles removed from my face and the result is wonderful. I can't see any marks even when some of them took many stitches. It all healed perfectly. I got good instructions for what to do at home to ensure good healing and was careful to follow each instruction so I will take part of the credit. I did not experience any pain what-so-ever … that was a bonus … I was really surprised.
At the spa/clinic they were truly great nice just like the other person said.. Yes it was slow at the hospital.. & I'll say it again slow AT the HOSPITAL not his fault When I did get in to see Mr. Elmeraghy he was VERY fast friendly & kept it very easygoing for my procedure. Tho it was running a bit slow at the hospital my procedure was done fast & no pain! Thanks Doc
Made a special effort to get to appointment on time. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted nicely and taken to exam room quickly. That's when the special service ended. 35 minutes later was still sitting in small room and no one even popped their head in to explain why I was being ignored. I had another appointment and had to leave without seeing a doctor at all. My beef is with all medical \professionals\ and I use that term lightly who believe that their day and schedule is much more important that the customers they serve. I would never go back to this company or recommend it to anyone.
