Was arrested last week for what the cops called “indecent act”. Great service. Close to many amenities and bus stop was conveniently located when I was released. I found staff sergeant MacDonald to be pleasant despite his obvious displeasure with me being brought into the slammer. The hallways were drab and cluttered but the building had good bones. Would recommend to friends and enemies alike.

I went in on Saturday to report a man lying in a park across the street from the Tim Horton's on Dunbar and Hespeler Road. The officer at the front desk was both polite and helpful. I asked him for an officer to check on the man. I just called back to ask if the prone man was okay. The woman on the switchboard was rude, but when I was put onto this location, the woman who answered was extremely moreso. She cut me off more than once while I was trying to explain where this man was lying down. She started rude and remained so until I finally gave up and said I'll call back. I was once there to do a photo shoot for a book cover, and no matter when I've been there, it's been a pleasant experience. I just would never recommend calling in, even if you are trying to do something nice for a stranger. They seriously need to evaluate who answers their phones. I'll mind my own business from now on.

Waterloo police services are a joke . Called for a trespassing and assualt at 2pm At 545pm went to my ex girlfriends house for my kids . She doesnt let me have them . She calls cops on me (for knocking on the door) at 6:15 cops are at my house questioning why i knocked on the door My question for you is why does a call from a women get responded to within 20 mins and a mans 911 call doesnt get answered . Still no police present or calls about my orignal 911 call at 2pm . It is now 815pm #womenincanada #doublestandards #uselesspigs

They don't provide a lot of services such as background checks here, but I've always found them to be service oriented and willing to point you in the right direction for your specific needs.
