My family has gone to the WRNP clinic for just under two years and our experience has been amazing. Our NP Karen Bento and Colleen are absolutely fantastic. They are always good about following up when they say they will, and we’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. Colleen has done all of our toddlers shots as well as my allergy injections and half the time we don’t even know we’re getting a needle. She is so personable, I actually look forward to seeing her for my weekly injections! Truly great staff here!

The nurse practitioners are really good and professional. But the receptionist is very very rude. Had such a bad experience dealing with her.

The nurse practitioner are good. However I just don't understand if we made them our family doctor then why can't visit them same day! Every time a visit need an appointment and appointment took at least 1-2 weeks. Before nurse practitioner there is a reception which will decide whether you need to see a doctor the same day or not. They say they need to know whether you are in emergency or can wait. No one like to see a doctor in leisure! We go when we have a issue or pain.

I have been going there for 3 years now. Excellent care from the NP's. A few bumps with the move and change over of staff which should be expected. Yes, there have been a few changes with people moving on and maternity leave etc, but the files are well kept and it doesnt take long to get to know the new care provider. Without their dedication and service I would not have the health care I need because of the Dr shortage in the region and poor care at the hospitals. They do more for me then my previous Dr did before the practice closed and left me without a Dr.

I've been coming here for about 2.5 years and I've seen 5 different nurses as my primary care provider. The assistant nurse (Colleen I think) was always really nice and she was my favourite but as far as I can tell she's not there anymore; I also much preferred the old receptionist. Three of the nurses (the ones I saw for the most amount of time) each did things that I felt didn't include me on decision making for my care and stuck much more to "protocol" than listening to what I had to say. If you ask any question off topic from the reason of your visit, they tell you that they don't have time and to make a new appointment. That being said, it's really easy to get a same-day appointment which has come in handy multiple times. I'll continue going there for now but I am considering finding a new primary care provider for my family.

I thought I was crazy but it looks like other people have had similar experiences to mine. A few months ago, booked an appointment, showed up, and was told it was cancelled. No explanation, no apology. They offered me an appointment later. Most recently I had an appointment on a snowy day. I hauled myself over there only to find out the clinic was closed due to weather. You couldn't have given me a quick call to let me know and reschedule my appointment? Not to mention my NP has changed three or four times since I started going. Maybe I should just give up on these people even though they're so close to my house.

Most disorganized clinic I've ever been. They've lost my application, and just noticed that I should be accepted because I kept calling them. Then, they've booked the first appointment 2 months later, which is fine. What a surprise to get there to my appointment and there was no booked appointment for that day, or any appointment in the future with my name in it. Booking in the wrong day is a mistake that I would be able to understand, but not booking it at all, after writing it down to me and in an agenda. If they can't handle this, imagine patients medical records. I'll wait for another 6 months to find another family doctor.
