This has been my home branch for 5 years, never had any issues until recently. After being told at another branch to go to my home branch for and issue and calling in to the help line for them to tell me to go to my home branch, then going to my home branch for them to tell me to call a number... Apparently if you have an issue with RBC now they'll just pass the buck off to another person. I'm very disappointed with RBC as a business and an organization.

Mu (Max) Wu pulled my credit without asking and now my credit score went down. I was just opening a savings account so absolutely no reason to pull credit. He never even asked to give me an option of yes or no. He sounded very incompetent in answering basic questions as well. Went in to dispute it, just another thing I shouldn't have to be dealing with.
Treated me like a criminal for opening a bank account to deposit cheques. Given attitude for not already having a personal account. Called me \unusual\ and made me feel horrible for trying to do even a small amount of business there. 1 star is even too much.
Not my branch, but always great to do busines here. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
AVOID RBC! They closed my account without any prior or post notice (no phone call, no letter in the mail, no e-mail). They weren't apologetic and refused to help me out.
