I wish I can give them negative ratings. The worst service ever. This is on their website - “ Oxford Medical Imaging is a cutting-edge medical imaging practice committed to clinical excellence by providing compassionate care and quality-driven customer service.” However, their are neither compassionate nor do they provide quality-driven customer service. Far from it. We had an appointment for 3:20pm for a 6month old baby and arrived a couple minutes late. Their receptionists were busy and didn’t see us for a while and then when they did finally see us by 3:30pm, they said we are late and the appointment cannot happen. As a mother, I carted 2 sleeping children all the way to the Boardwalk arriving a few minutes late and while they could have chosen to show compassion to a fellow human being, they chose impolite, discourteous and highly inconsiderate. They refused to budge from their stance of cancelling this appointment insisting that we should arrive early and it isn’t their problem. Granted we were a couple minutes late (just at 3:23pm) but they could have chosen excellence in service and accommodated a parent who had to bring their tiny kids all the way out for this appointment and a parent who left work early to help and be there for this appointment. I WOULD STAY THE HELL AWAY - rather die than have to deal with such inconsiderate staff. As a mother nothing can make you feel more helpless than being denied an appointment after the effort it took to get there. What about compensation for our time, effort for making it it there? There should be a forum to register such complaints in a govt funded medical system where these kind of imaging centres hold all the power over helpless tax paying parents who need to use services for optimum health and diagnosis. So disappointed at the people that work there.

I would just like to thank the staff at Oxford Medical Imaging for the at-most sincerity, and professionalism during my moms past few appointments. A couple appointments took longer than expected, but the end result was well worth the wait. Its a great feeling knowing there are still people out there that treat their job more than just that.
I was referred to this business for x-rays. I attended in the afternoon and only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen by a technician. They were extremely accommodating, and professional.
The wait was too long. There were hardly 2 or 3 people ahead of me but it took most 2 hours by the time i was done. After an hour they took me in and then again i was seated inside for another 45 minutes for just 5 minutes xray. There were 2 technicians but don't know why taking so long. The technicians were helpful though in explaining things.
I wish I could give a negative star for this place. Horrible experience and never bother going to this unfriendly place. Very rude staff and if you are late for the appointment by single minute they will cancel your appointment and if you reach on time they will make you wait hours. Never bothered to even consider taking my 6month old for an 10minute ultrasound because we were couple minute behind schedule. Apparently their technicians are run on a military schedule!!
