My family doctor is nice and knowledgeable but that's the only positive thing. The clinic makes it extra difficult to access your doctor, difficult to make an appointment if you work 9-5. Most of the time the clinic closes at 11:30 am. Overall, I am surprised that no one is holding these people accountable. I also don't understand why the good doctors aren't standing up for their patients.

I have never had an issue with the service here. Now when I have needed an urgent appointment I wasn't in 30 min later nor did I expect to because I am aware that it is possible other people have queued up before me. I applaud the signs posted about aggression towards staff as it shows they care about the safety of their employees and the patients who aren't ignorant and self centered.

I have found the front desk staff to be delightful. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I am polite and pleasant to them and they are always the same back.

My doctor is amazing, but it's seems every appointment I have trouble with the admin staff. The first poor experience, I had an emergency appointment denied because they didn't think it was truly an emergency. I went to a follow up with my doctor, after going to the hospital for the issue, and was given a huge apology and was told the staff would be better educated so it wouldn't happen again. Fast-forward to Covid times, I tried to make an appointment with the doctor for a prescription renewal, and was told just to go through the pharmacy to make the request and not bother with an appointment. While I wished I could talk it out with my doctor, I thought that's fine I get it, the clinic is probably just super busy. What I didn't expect was the clinic taking more than 2 weeks to review the request (still haven't received it), after already waiting a week to hear back that they didn't want to give me an appointment. If it wasn't so hard to find a good doctor in town, I would definitely be looking elsewhere!

My wife developed very serious asthma in her early twenties that was brushed off by Shireen, it took 3 years to be referred to a specialist. The specialist was very disappointed/baffled it took so long. Her doctor missed very basic checks (we learned once seeing the specialist), denied blood tests which would have been useful to identify the type of asthma my wife has and was always rushed out within a few minutes. All the bad reviews here are for good reason, please do your best to try and look elsewhere for a family doctor. Shireen should take very serious consideration to why there are so many complaints about her and why she is in the profession at all. Absolutely disappointed.
