Professional staff, direct billing to most insurance companies and well-maintained facility. All the staff follows COVID-19 protocols really well and make you feel safe. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean and well kept. Both the front desk person and the receptionist seemed very professional. The introductory rate is a good deal. Lots of parking as it's in a strip mall. The therapist was good to check in on pressure and gave me some stretches to help with lower back pain.

Really unprofessional. My massage was cancelled by the RMT, however she still billed it to my insurance company for a service I didn’t receive.

I had a not-so-ideal experience once after reaching for an appointment that was cancelled last minute due to some personal problems faced by the RMT. However the staff and owner were very courteous and helpful in taking care of my situation and offering a solution. We only visit this massage addict location for years now and have a great time with all the professionals they have. The location is well managed and takes care of all COVID-19 precautions as well.
