Don’t waste your time here. Constantly change products and don’t continue to carry replacement lights. Also won’t honour faulty products. You even admitted you’re the only person in the area that carried that product. Hilarious you wouldn’t honour or replace a 12 product.

I have been doing some renovations to my home and I was in need of pot lights for my kitchen as well as something to go under the cabinets. I saw that this store was near me so I decided to check it out. The staff here were very knowledgable and recommended me a few options for what I was needing. They had a good selection of products ranging in price so I could still work it into my budget. Thanks a lot for the help I am always getting complements on my new lighting!
Was very disappointed.. I wanted to make a relatively big order and the owner knew I wasn’t knowledgeable about lights so was very shady about pricing. Would recommend exercising caution if you don't go in knowing your prices for custom orders
Monster LED Waterloo. Ordered some lights from the owner and have been waiting for over a year for the remainder. Called and no answer, texted and not once was there a reply but the iMessage said it was read, showed up at the Waterloo location and was told several times the remainder were on a plane here but they never showed up. I installed the 6 I had and now have to replace them as because the matching ones never ever arrived. Poor communication and unprofessional in my opinion.
