Had an amazing experience today with LR Waterloo! I brought my extremely dusty Defender in after it was covered with body repair dust from another company and they couldn't be more accommodating for me! Dan sent me around to their wash bay and had a tech show me the wash equipment and in no time, my Ivy was almost as pristine as the day she was born in '98. Way above and beyond LR Waterloo!! Always take your Land Rover home! Thank you!

Sales rep was patronizing to the point of misogyny. Actually dismissed my wife with a "why don't you come back with your husband?" comment when she was shopping. (Her car, her money, her choice). He did not get the sale. Service is not what it should be. Pretty much everything other than an over priced (400) oil change takes a return trip or two. They don't answer the phone and are slow returning calls (ironically they have improved during COVID). They're the only dealr in town for their brands and it shows. I have spoken to other owners who are taking their cars to the GTA for dealer services and are otherwise using independent shops. Recently bought by Grand Touring out of Toronto. Wait and see if they improve things.
We have been working with Jaguar Land Rover for a while in trying to get some parts from them. The staff there is very helpful and reliable in all aspects of the work! We constantly have to order parts for some of our builds here at UWAFT(University of Waterloo Alternatives Fuel Team) and they are very quick to respond and support! Great staff and experience working with all of them, thanks for all the help and continued support!
This place is terrible and way overpriced. They rarely ever answer the phone, and whenever they say they'll get back to you about something, they NEVER do. You constantly have to hound them down if you want something done. This has happened to me and other members of my family on numerous occasions for years at this location. For so long it's been the only place close to me that can fix my car, but thankfully we've found a new place that's a lot better and literally 1/4 of the price.
