worst brow place ever, I asked for a light tint (I am a blonde) and they lady tinted my eyebrows completley black, they looked like someone had drawn on them with sharpies, very disappointed. (This was a year and a bit ago so maybe they've changed by then)
Friendly staff, convenient location, good job on eyebrow threading. A little more pricy than other places.
The service here is so friendly and professional, I'd definitely recommend. Also would love to shout out Raman, she's so friendly and always does my eyebrows perfectly! Absolutely love the service here
Always great service! Don’t be intimidated because it’s in a mall, they do amazing work. I had trouble finding a good brow place when I moved to Waterloo and this is now my go to place. There’s usually only one person working, though, so be prepared to wait a few minutes if there is someone else ahead of you.
