Jessica is extremely friendly and diligent. Both Richard and Jess will go out of their way to help you and willing to take extra time for any concerns. Unbelievable service! They went above and beyond...and I'm not even a Kia customer. My vintage 1962 MGB had a flat tire and I didn't have the tools to get the tire off. Luckily I broke down across the street from Kia's Waterloo location. I was hoping they might be able to lend me the tools but they went five steps farther and changed the tire for me. And when they noticed my spare was a little flat, they pumped it up at the shop so I could make it to my destination. They refused any payment and seemed genuinely happy to be able to help out. I can't say enough positive things. Huge shout out to Dan and Nik! Truly good samaritans. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
