Very chic when you walk in and I was welcomed right away by the owner Jennifer! I was getting a brazilian done and she helped me relax by sparking a conversation and kept reassuring me that it will be over soon. She knows what she's doing and is there to help you feel as comfortable as possible! There is also a 30 student discount for all students which is great. I will definitely be going back :)

I went with a friend as she referred me and got a discount. She did laser which is way too expensive so I wouldn't recommend it here (she had to ice it and for one session of her sessions...it was the same as 6 of mine (with a groupon). She still had a great experience with it. I would recommend this for anyone looking to have a Brazilian/bikini wax. NO HAIRS LEFT after my session. She educated me on proper hygiene practices and how to tell if a spa is legit and I've carried that with me everywhere. It hurt less than expected and she made me very comfortable as my first time. It was 30 since its a university town and I it was soft and minimally irritated after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Literally the best quality wax I've ever had.

Hands down the best Brazilian wax! Salons in KW and Toronto just don't compare when it comes to the quality and price. Jennifer is very professional and uses a high quality hard wax that makes the process very quick and effective. She does an amazing job on brows as well! She's always very accommodating and just an overall great person. Very highly recommend!
