I had a horrible experience with them, the staff do not experienced enough, and it is very easy to make you wait an hour for nothing or just an answer. No. And when I ask the employee to speak to the manager they said you could not meet him because he had a call, he will call you when he finished his call and in the end no one calls!!!!!!!!!! awful service and no care about customer. ( I came with appointment)

Took out a atv loan in 2011 finished paying it off in 2015 .had a credit check done oct 2020 they have me in equifax for 5000. Payments were automatic withdrawals so I never missed a payment and was never late .
We have been waiting to hear back about our mortgage since August. They don't return calls or emails. When you ask for a manager, they wont let you speak to one. This bank is a joke.
Bad experience. They closed my accounts without sending a notification. Now, they told me no way to access my mutual fund remotely. Try to find professional bank.
This is by far the worst bank you could ever do your banking with. Beware
