I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to share our experiences with this funeral home. I unfortunately had to plan 2 funerals in 2019 and went with Graham A Giddy both times. The level of expertise, empathy, and timely communication is exactly what you need during a difficult time when a loved one passes away. I cannot express enough my gratitude to their funeral director, Patrick, who did everything he could to make planning the funerals as easy as it could be. For example, one of the things we wanted at the funeral was a trumpet player. When I asked another funeral home about it, the response was that they didn't know anyone and we'd have to find someone. Patrick's response was that he might know someone and if he didn't, he'd find someone for us. That is just one example of how Patrick has gone above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this funeral home and think they're worth every penny. I wrote this review in hopes that it might help someone choose a funeral home during a difficult time.
Excellent people, very caring and knowledgeable. Graham and Patrick made us feel like family during a difficult time. Absolutely NEVER felt pressured. Will deal with again but for obvious reasons, hopefully not for a long, long time....
Very helpful, massive funeral home and lots of parking. Was very impressed with how staff handled everything from opening doors to speaking with guest comming in. Would highly recommend this Funeral Home to anyone. Will definitely be coming back!
They did a service for my grandmother during a very hard time for our family , the staff was knowledgeable and knew how to handle difficult times. would highly recommend , very spacious and felt very comfortable when being there. thank you to the staff at the funeral home. my grandmother would of been very pleased.
