I have dealt with them for many years because they look after the needs of the customer. They provide you with professional courteous service. High regards for this company, and specifically Patrick. He was able to provide me valuable information on some issues I had and helped me through the process of a claim. Being able to consult with an expert like Patrick is well worth your investment, which sometimes you don't realize until you need help. Bonus points - I also had a super tight deadline with which I needed to get a certain type of insurance and despite me (probably unfairly) asking Patrick to get it done quickly, he was able to get me what I needed well in advance.
Steve Lauzon is a gem. Called him in the morning and he was able to get the insurance finalized within 2 hours. Yes within 2 hours and considering that the other BIG insurance companies took days. So relieving and satisfying (Never thought i would ever say that about an Insurance company). I have already started thinking about moving my other properties with Steve and Donovan.
No service, did not call back with answers, could not get my mailing address correct over 2 years. Kevin Donovan was not interested in my concerns. I was doing 20K in business with them yearly. Once I changed brokers I found my concerns over the years where ignored and my new broker saved me thousands per year on numerous policy's Demanded Sherry Cook be taken off my account and like all my concerns this was ignored. It was evident they did not want my business. Stay away from Sherry Cook and Donovan Insurance. Donovan insurance and Kevin Donovan had more than enough chance to keep my business but continued to ignore my concerns
