John Bell and his team has been working with Williams & McDaniel Property Management for over 20 years. I am a Property Manager with them and we rely on John and his team for cleaning all of our common area rugs, entrances matts, furniture and suites. We had our carpets cleaned by Deep Clean. John and Dylan were a very friendly, professional team that worked extra hard on stubborn stains. They managed to completely remove most markings/stains and at the very least lessened the remainder. Would absolultely recommend their carpet cleaning services, and I will go to them in the future!
I am totally amazed by the service that was given to my carpets, my carpets are old and have had a lot of traffic over them this last 6 years, leading to me thinking that I would have to consider replacing the whole ground floor, which would be very expensive to get the same kind of quality carpets and as many in this situation , cant really afford to do this in one go and replacing carpets piecemeal would prove to be false economy i have no doubt. there where several deep stains in the carpet, from various spillages from food to paint and even some silicone walked into the grain of the carpet, it is to my utter amazement ALL of the stains are gone and the carpet looks and smells brand new. We had our carpets and furniture all cleaned today by John's team. This company gives a far better result than the franchise carpet cleaners we have used in the past. They spent time to ensure all stains etc were removed. The men worked hard, were professional, on time, polite and did a great job. John was on site and ensured the results were to his standard.
