DC foods or Grand River Foods in Waterloo was the best job I've ever had, I worked as a general labourer for a year or so before getting promoted to help as a relief line operator, where I gained the knowledge to attain another promotion as a line operator. Most days started with pure hustle and co operative team members, whom we setup the line for the day for the first, hour an a half. Once the line was set, we would run and tuned the production line for which ever product was to be run. I probably had a smile on my face 75 percent of the time, just laughing and having a good time a work. Best job I've ever had , best co workers and awesome supervisors, ive made some good friends, everyone is very friendly and it's a safe environment set by high safety standards. Ronnie Bal 2020.

Stay away from this place, it's the worst job I've had in my 14 years of experience in factories. The minimum wage for the hard work you do. The worst managers I have ever had, they just intimidate and treat workers without respect. Most Line Operators are uneducated and rude people (I see some have posted here), promotes the wrong people. This place is full of newcomers sent by Staffing agencies almost daily, who quit in days or hours and are replaced by more immigrant newcomers. The place is cold, stinky and dangerous to walk on, the list of cons would go on, but this horrible experience is not worth talking about.

Heavy reliance on temp workers as this job doesnt offer much, minimal incentive to stay and un/underqualified management which is no surprise given how this place is ran. They pay minimal and expect a lot. I suppose they don't realize \you get what you pay for\.

I got told to leave because I was sick threw up from the cold and now I'm fired that was my frist day there they legit have no respect and tbh if I was more prepared it would of been better but I guess they just look at that

The management is horrible, I went in for my second shift, and no one wanted to train me or show me where to go. They then called my temp and told them the opposite. They also go through temp people like crazy someone told me.
