I called beforehand and stated I needed timers for an HID light. The employee told me \Intermatic never get returned\, and also said they had 3 or 4 of various models in stock. I drive over 30 minutes, to find only one timer for 120v in stock. On top of that, it had to be hard wired to function. Meanwhile the employee knew I needed a timer to plug a lamp into. Complete incompetence and wasted my time and gas. I would not even have known until I got home had I not asked to open the box before purchase to look at it. This employee needs some training.
Great in stock selection of specialty electrical supplies and tools. Staff are all very helpful and pricing is very reasonable. They carry a much wider variety of items than I would've thought, so worth checking with them for hard to find items that aren't even carried at the big box stores. Easy to get to from the expressway, with plenty of parking.
Was looking for a very specific size and kind of wire. The person that was helping me looked like he was a deer caught in the headlights. No they didn't have it. No suggestion on where else I could find it and no suggestion on what could be substituted. Just wholly disappointed with the service, or lack there of.
I have been using them for all my work related needs. They provide excellent service and great prices too.
