I have been a BMO customer for over 30 yrs. The customer service I received today was terrible. I had to call to move some funds and have nothing but the run around. Told I could move funds today by one staff and 3 days by another. STILL NOT DONE. And now on hold for the past 20 mins waiting.....again! Very dissapointed.
Everyone at this branch has gone above and beyond to respond to our complicated and time-sensitive banking issues. I would especially like to commend our account manager Misha and branch manager Alex for their rapid response and help in arranging our affairs. Highly recommended.
