GREAT COMPANY! DID NOT CHARGE FOR REPLACEMENT Waterite is an excellent example of how to take care of your customers. They truly care about the customer's needs and will help them. Even when the installer for my water softener refused to help me, Waterite stepped in to replace my water softener. They did it quickly and without any hassle. Eva the manager from Barrie location was really helpful and very professional. As a manufacturer, they really take care of their customers.
I just bought a home and I did not get information about a filter system attached to my water supply. I found an identifier with Waterite label, I called and spoke to Allison who worked diligently to find me information on my system including sending me a manual. Way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Thankyou!!!
