Rude, Rude, RUDE! Answered the phone with no indication of the business whatsoever. Not until I asked if it was the right number, was it identified that I did indeed call Waterfall Now!! I called to make an inquiry and was rushed out of the conversation and abruptly told to \check the yellow pages\ for a recommendation of someone who serviced my area - PS. i was \too far away\ for this guy! Nice business skills buddy.
