Andre is a great coach and competitor. He just recently won the Gold at the IBJJF Masters World Champions, a true testament to his knowledge and technical ability. Kids and adults classes for all levels in a safe and friendly environment. If you live in the Hamilton/Waterdown area, do yourself a favor and take advantage of the free trial they offer. Bring your kids too and watch their confidence soar!

Been coming here for a few months and I am thoroughly enjoying it, everyone on both the coaching and administrative staff are professional, knowledgable and approachable. If you're unsure about starting BJJ this would be a great place to start.

The place to train for 2018. I have been with this club since it opened and have grown to know everyone on a personal level. Some of the hardest working and most inspirational people I have ever met. In regards to the coaching all I can say is, if you want a winning coach with an acute attention to detail then Andre is your guy.
Dropped in year a little while a go to train as I am from out of town. Solid group of guys, very welcoming had an intense roll. The coach Andre is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. The showers, of all the gyms I have been to they have had the best.
