Received a warm welcome upon entering the Dental office. Asked questions about my well being taking blood pressure and temperature. I was taken in right away and my procedure was done with no discomfort and with ease. Happy with the outcome and would recommend this Dental office to my friends and family.
Undoubtedly the best dental care! It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with a warm smile by the amazing staff. Every visit feels like visiting friends. Dr. Tam is an honest, very patient-friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward dentist. My family has been cared for 17 years and we are treated like family. Beware! You will be taken for a ride!!! I went to this dentist for the first time a month or so ago, because they were conveniently close to my new home. I booked an appointment to have x-rays done. (Over the phone, i was quoted 130 for the visit but I ended up getting billed close to 400.) Upon examination of the x-rays I was told I have 8 cavities and it would be 1700 to have them all filled. This was a shock to me, as I'm well into my 30's and have never had a cavity in my life. I forwarded the x-rays to our trusted family dentist from my childhood neighborhood to get a second opinion. He said I have ONE maybe two cavities, but the second one was so small, it wasn't worth doing anything about it at this point. In my opinion this dentist clinic is all about the money grab especially if you mention you have insurance coverage. The staff were over the top friendly, but I'd rather have honesty.
