Young fellow took his time showing me a variety of gravel grinder bikes, test driving them, and answering questions I had as a newb. We were shocked to find stock after visiting a handful of shops around Cambridge & Hamilton. Down to earth and not too intimidating or snobby like some shops. Thanks Bicycle Works. I had it out that afternoon on trail and it was so much fun. Highly recommended!
Awesome customer service super helpful over the phone. Mechanic fixed my wheel quickly got me fixed up ready for the next ride in 20 minutes
