I just bought a new serenity hot tub from waterbee pools in Harrow. I can not say how much I am grateful for Melissa’s help finding something to suit my needs and to Scott for his excellent service and help as well. I was so so overwhelmed by all the Information out there. Melissa took her time and tried to help me with my given situation. She was amazing!!!! The. Scott and his father delivered it and explained it all to me. Scott was great as well answering all my questions. I love this hot tub ... the only thing I would do differently now is I would of picked the one with the lounger for tired achey legs but that is no fault of there’s it was totally my decision to have more seating instead! Regardless, hydropools serenity tub is awesome. I love love the scented granules they also brought to me to have a more relaxing experience... I will have to get some more. This is a great company and I am so impressed and happy with everything!!!!! Thank you so much

When we were looking for a hot tub we decided to go to Waterbee, my father bought his pool and hot tub many years ago, and has always been please with the service. So 3 years ago we decided to start shopping for a hot tub, we had talked to several people and we decided the customer service is just as important as the purchase price of the hot tub. We have had nothing but superb customer service. We have moved and I wanted to bring our tub with us so when I contacted Waterbee they told us they would come and pick up our tub and store it for us until we were able to pour a concrete pad . We have had nothing but wonderful service from them. We would recommend this company to anyone.

The may be a little more than the "other guys" but well worth it. They don't try and sell you things you don't need. Very respectful and reliable staff.

Very disappointed with them. Avoid their service, don't get rip off by these guys. I asked them to come check out the pool in our backyard and when they arrived, THEY IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR MY MONEY. Their excuse was a pathetic "we're too busy, if you want us to look at your pool you have to pay us first." That was utterly rude and in no way one should treat a customer. AVOID THEM.
