I visited the water depot for the first time yesterday and had a really pleasant experience. There was a young man there (I wish I had gotten his name) who really provided the “small town” experience. By that I mean that in addition to providing excellent service, he was so kind and caring, asking one man about his family members who he recalled and genuinely being interested in how my day went. He was the epitome of someone who enjoyed his job and people. He definitely reminded me what true customer service is! Cheers to water depot for having great people Working for you!

I love this place. The owner is extremely friendly and all his workers match his personality. Always friendly, always helpful, always polite. And its not only water they sell. Everything else related to it is there was well, from reverse osmosis to softeners.
