I bought a filter water system from this store 1 year ago with 2 years warranty. 1- The owner said this system is alkaline water. after testing this water from nutrition specialist we found this system is NOT provided alkaline water at all. However, today the system started to leaking and I called the owner to ask for maintenance. he ignored my request and started to blame the house pipes itself to avoid my request. and he was very rode and aggressive during the call. I will call the Ontario Protection Customer department tomorrow to see how I can claim this issue. I hope my experience will open other clients eyes about this store in future.
Owner is very kind & knowledgeable. He even carries the bottles out to my car for me. Water tastes great too!
Excellent customer service, will bring the water to the car for you even if you have multiple 18L bottles.
