Honesty is the best policy in this lovely store! I came to this store to replace my watch battery, and to my surprise, the battery was still good and working! The guy, whom I think was the owner, explained to me why it stopped working! I pulled out the dial it was not the battery! ! I was so happy that I ended up buying a lady Citizen atomic time watch! I was so pleased with the customer service! First class, well verse staff and with a variety of choices! I will definitely come back to this store!

Nothing but good things to say, I bought a new citizen watch and had the battery changed on my Esquire watch. I would of thought I had just dropped 50,000 on a Rolex they treated me like I was their number one customer from my very first visit. I will defiantly be back.
