Stopped by right as they were closing. I asked if they might be willing to stay open a couple of minutes just to sell me a watch strap. The lady was more than willing, took the time to help me select the proper strap, and then installed it for me. Great service!!

Poor customer service.... Did not even care to call back as promised after 2 days despite leaving voicemails for just an estimated for the cost of repair.... And then said that it cannot be repaired..... I advise you go elsewhere to fix your watch.

Wen't in with some basic knowledge of what I was looking for but had a lot of questions. Sharifa gets a 6/5 for customer service. Gave me lots of great advice, was patient with all my questions, and even let me try on the watches that we both knew were out of my price range. Will be shopping here again and again.
