To my surprise the Bay charges almost double what Time & Gold charges, a stones throw away. 35 for a watch battery and 12 to adjust a strap. I have the receipt and took a photo while there. Go to Time & Gold or anywhere else if you don’t want to get ripped off.

I left my watch with them to remove condensation (at o charge\). Instead when I returned the next day my watch was completely dismantled and I was told it would be put back together if I would pay the guy. NOT cool!!
