Why such bright lighting at night? Lights up the whole area on both sides of the river.....almost daylight all night long!

Thursday March 15, 2018. Our usual pick up day. It is now 10:20 pm. The garbage truck just went passed our house on Connors Road in Castlegar. Only enough, there are no visible lights on the back of the truck. If they are picking trash up at this time of night, what are they doing with a full truck full of garbage?
